Ruth is at 9 cm, station 0. (Station means what position the baby is at. Station -2 is deep, station -1, 0, +1, +2 means increasingly further out. Station 4 is the baby’s head is visible and ready for birth.)
Ruth is pretty well numbed up, and resting well, even dipped into a brief nap.
